The Static caravan park offers the opportunity to own your own holiday home in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. Currently we have 21 pitches which can accommodate most sizes of Static Caravans. The park is a quiet, well maintained site within easy reach of local amenities, shops, restaurants, public houses and sports facilities. Royal Saint Davids golf course is within walking distance which offers some of best golfing facilities in the country.
The beach is located 10 minutes walk away with miles of beautiful blue flag sandy beaches.
Woodlands is located mid way between Barmouth and Porthmadog with local train servicing easy access to both.
Static Pitch Ground Rental 2009 season is £1550.00 (plus VAT) inclusive of Winter Storage and Hard Standing.
Rental excludes Council rates, water rates, insurance, electric and gas.
